shows that what JonTD said is exactly right, with Seething Hatred actually being the least popular talent choice on the L16 tier I always used to look up builds based on how better players built them. Yeah, Icy Veins is good for WoW, but not HotS. I like QM personally because it's lower stress but vs real humans, and the whole hero-picking metagame doesn't really exist, I can just play whoever I like. Don't forget you can just mute people and report them for harassment. I understand if the lower ranks may be a bit saltier. I've played for so long at this point I'm reasonably ranked and get pretty quiet cooperative people. You get to observe both teammates and opponents and see how they behave. Not saying don't play AI but playing humans (I personally only play QM probably over 2k games at this point) gives you more opportunity to learn. I remember my early games pushing into towers as fast as possible, and these days I almost never take shots at towers unless we have 3ish people or an objective going. Going deep into a lane without serious escape skills can be a death sentence when a couple heroes rotate to stop you. AI is much worse at punishing overextending / bad positioning compared to humans. One thing to keep in mind is that vs AI (especially weak AI) can build bad habits.
